Minnesota Business Finance Corporation Announces New Vice President of Business Development

Minnesota Business Finance Corporation is pleased to announce Terry Stein as the new Vice President of Business Development.

Terry joins Minnesota Business Finance Corporation (MBFC) with 18 years of lending experience in commercial and residential markets.  Throughout his career, Terry has held many positions in the banking industry.  Most recently, Terry was a Commercial Loan Officer at Granite Community Bank in Cold Spring.

In Terry’s 10 plus years of commercial lending experience, he has worked with the SBA 504 and 7a loan programs, making him a great addition to the MBFC team.

Terry has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota and recently graduated from The Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  The three-year graduate level program provides bankers with an opportunity for advanced study and research in banking, economics, and leadership while focusing on the management of strategic issues faced by banking executives.

Terry and his wife, Lynn, have two children and reside in Cold Spring, MN.
