Dairy Queen of Roseau Receives MBFC’s VetLoan Advantage Rebate

Minnesota Business Finance Corporation (MBFC) is honored to present Orlando Peralta and Andrew Peralta, owners of Dairy Queen of Roseau, MN, our VetLoan Advantage Rebate of $3,000. This Rebate is part of the Strategic Initiative of the National Association of Development Company’s (NADCO) VetLoan Advantage program. MBFC is the only Certified Development Company in Minnesota to offer a rebate to business owners that are active or retired members of Military Service.

Orlando is a member of the Minnesota Army National Guard.  The brothers have worked with the DQ franchise since the age of 16. With the help of MBFC utilizing the SBA 504 Loan Program in partnership with Unity Bank North, Orlando and Andrew purchased the existing Dairy Queen store in Roseau, MN. Andrew also owns the Thief River Falls DQ restaurant. Roseau is about 60 miles from Thief River Falls and located in Northern Minnesota.  Recently the Roseau Dairy Queen has been remodeled with interior and exterior renovations in the new look of “DQ Grill & Chill” style.

Dairy Queen of Roseau is a successful franchise for the Peralta brothers and being positioned along a major highway attracts visitors and locals! We thank Orlando for his service to our Country’s Military and are honored to present them with this rebate. For more information about DQ of Roseau or a map of their location please click HERE.
