CELEBRATING 25 YEARS WITH MBFC!
Minnesota Business Finance Corporation (MBFC) is kicking off its 25th year and what better way to start out than by ending FY 2007 as our best year ever. MBFC had a record year originating 121 SBA 504 loans totaling $54.7 million, on $147.3 million in commercial real estate projects.

FY2007: ANOTHER RECORD YEAR FOR MBFC
Minnesota Business Finance Corporation (MBFC) saw another record year in 504 United States Small Business Administration (SBA) loan approvals. These loans helped to create 644 new jobs and to retain an additional 247 jobs throughout the state of Minnesota.
During FY 2007, which ended September 30, 2007, MBFC generated 121 loans totaling $54.7 million. The $54.7 million was an increase of 17 percent from FY 2006, which was also a record year for MBFC...~

BOARD MEMBER FEATURE - SANDY VOIGT
One of MBFC’s newest members, Sandy Voigt has not wasted any time making her presence known. Joining MBFC in October of 2005, she took her first opportunity to run for the Board of Directors, and was elected to begin her first three-year term in October of 2006.
